Kirby is a file-based CMS. Easy to setup, easy to use, flexible as hell.
I started developing it about three years ago and use it for most of my client projects.
Zootool is a visual bookmark application, which makes it easy to bookmark images, videos, documents and links from all over the web.
started in 2007 as my bachelor thesis project, Zootool has become a much loved side project with about 90,000 users and 7 million bookmarked images, videos, documents and links.
I had the great pleasure to help Ockert & Partner with the redesign and restructuring of the website for Behnisch Architekten – one of Germany's most famouse architecture bureaus. their new website focuses on their impressive portfolio, news from their four offices, their exhibitions and publications.
The website for the architecture studio Parat has been another great cooperation with my friends from Deutsche & Japaner. d&j created a stunning design concept for the new Parat website and asked me if I could do the nerdy part and build it.
The site focuses on the beautiful architectural work from Parat, by being very reduced and roomy. Some nice fade effects together with an extremely responsive layout makes this project very special.

King Bansah is an african King. He lives and works in Ludwigshafen/Germany as a car-mechanic and governs his people from there. King Bansah does a lot of activites and performances to collect money for his aid projects. He is a singer, a guest in TV-shows and events. But he is a real King with a serious background.
Julian Zimmermann created an amazing corporate design for the king as his bachelor thesis and asked me to build the king's website. all in all one of my most impressive projects yet.
The result is based on my upcoming kirby cms, which makes it possible to administrate the whole site through their ftp clients.

The Kulturportal Rhein-Neckar is a site for cultural institutions all around the Rhein-Neckar region here in Germany. I've developed an individual backend and frontend based on the design by Sandra Krahl.
During our work at the komma magazine our team had the chance to create an art calendar for the printing house "Engelhardt und Bauer".
We went through Mannheim by night and projected the number of each month on various buildings and architectural structures. The results were pretty amazing and the calendar won the Kodak photo-calendar award and the the international calendar exhibition award (bronze).
»Hau's hoch« is an interactive adaption of the »ring–the–bell game« wich is often played on fun fairs.
The project has been created in a team of 12 design and IT-students from the University of Applied Sciences, Mannheim.
